NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Three young dancers from Alpharetta and Cumming, Carrington Moser, Avery Fawley and Ella McDaniel, recently participated in the School of Nashville Ballet’s summer intensive program.
The girls attend Tolbert Yilmaz School of Dance/Roswell Dance Theatre, and they spent part of their summer developing their ballet technique and performance skills at the official School of Nashville Ballet.
Moser was selected as a recipient of a School of Nashville Ballet scholarship based on exceptional ability. School of Nashville Ballet competitively awarded merit-based scholarships to more than 45 summer intensive students this year.
This year’s summer intensive program included more than 300 students from 33 states across the country, as well as international students from Canada and New Zealand. Students had the chance to train with Nashville Ballet’s internationally recognized teachers and guest faculty, as well as be seen by Nashville Ballet Artistic Director & CEO Paul Vasterling.
