Massage parlor investigation leads to arrests

Three businesses attempted to provide illegal sexual acts

FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — An undercover investigation into Forsyth County massage parlors has uncovered several businesses attempting to provide illegal sexual acts and has led to three arrests.

On May 18, the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office Ordinance and Permits Unit conducted an undercover operation targeting local massage parlors. Its purpose was to combat and suppress illegal sexual acts for hire and to check the massage parlors and their employees for compliance with state laws and county ordinance, according to Public Information Officer Doug Rainwater.

Three businesses were targeted, and at each, an undercover deputy was solicited for a sexual act. This operation resulted in three arrests with a total of four charges and two citations for violation of county ordinances.

The businesses cited are:

Edge Massage Therapy, 765 McFarland Parkway, Suite C, Alpharetta

Suk Yong Holman, 54, of Atlanta, was arrested for prostitution, cited for not being clothed appropriately and for fondling the genitals of another.

Yuan Massage, 7810 McGinnis Ferry Road, Suite 107, Suwanee

Feng Wang, 52, of Norcross, was arrested for masturbation for hire and keeping a place of prostitution.

“A” Massage, 2255 Callaway Court, Suite 400, Cumming

Jinjie Guo, 40, of Duluth, was arrested for masturbation for hire.

This is the second arrest the sheriff’s office has made this year for a sexual act for hire at Edge Massage Therapy. A follow-up investigation is underway and may result in other charges, authorities said.

“Illicit massage parlors serving as a front for prostitution and sex trade are a scourge on our community and damage the legitimate massage and spa industry in Forsyth County,” Sheriff Ron Freeman said. “The FCSO will continue to aggressively enforce ordinances and laws related to these crimes. These criminal enterprises have no room to hide here anymore.”

This isn’t the first arrest like this in the county this year.

On May 18, the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners voted to revoke the massage/spa license for Healing Touch Massage Parlor, 1525 McFarland Parkway, after an employee was arrested for prostitution.
