Heidi Kesmodel Leeth, 48, of Johns Creek, GA died July 3, 2017. Graveside services were held Thursday, July 6, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Duluth Church Cemetery. Memorial services followed at Perimeter Church Chapel at 12:00 p.m. Mrs. Leeth, a native of Atlanta, GA was a member of Perimeter Church. Heidi was a varsity cheerleader at Duluth High School. She graduated as Salutatorian. Heidi earned a BS in secondary math education from Auburn University and graduated summa cum laude. Heidi had a passion for the underdog.

She did not tolerate injustice. She played “second fiddle” well! She was filled with feminine potency: the ability to recognize and supply what the moment demanded. She demonstrated this by the compassion that she showed her students and by the fierceness with which she protected the persecuted. She did not bow to approval or opinion. She was true to her own heart. Heidi suffered intense medical illness for the past 21 years. She bore pain like no other. Despite this, she administrated an entire household from her bed of seven years. Her tenacity and strength were undeniable. Her medical condition was brutal and unending. She is now free, eternally in the arms of her Savior. She is survived by her husband, Scott Leeth; daughter, Rachel Leeth; son, Josiah Leeth all of Johns Creek, GA; parents, Paul and Pat Kesmodel of Duluth, GA; sisters, Heather Calhoun of Flowery Branch, GA, Holly Brant of Katy, TX.
