FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — A $100 bill, printed with “for motion picture use only,” was cashed Aug. 20 at a local restaurant.
The 21-year-old waitress said her friend contacted her asking if she could get change for a $100 bill and bring it to the parking lot of the restaurant. She did the exchange and said she didn’t know the bill was fake.
She said she barely knows the friend.
No cameras were in the area of the exchange, but she said the exchange occurred in a black SUV. She had the phone number of her friend, but her phone was dead.
