FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — A woman reported another driver was throwing rocks out the window while driving on Ga. 400.
The 26-year-old woman said she was driving southbound at Jot Em Down Road March 5 when the Jeep in front of her threw rocks at her car.
A deputy was able to stop the Jeep’s 18-year-old driver who said he thought the rocks could be dislodging from the Jeep’s large mud tires.
However the victim and her passenger said they saw the person throwing the rocks out by hand.
There were spots on the windshield that were cracked and the front driver’s side blinker was busted, totaling about $500 in damage. Due to the circumstances and lack of additional witnesses, the deputy did not pursue charges, but told the victim she could go to magistrate court.
