Preschool Ministry Director
Crabapple First Baptist Church, Milton is seeking an experienced, ministry-minded Ministry Director to lead our church’s ministry to families with preschoolers. The CFBC Preschool Ministry Director will lead the weekly Sunday School Ministry for preschoolers, our child-care ministry (Wee C.A.R.E.), and our Weekday Preschool Ministry. The CFBC Preschool Ministry is a vital facet of our church’s ministry to families. Our Weekday Preschool has an excellent reputation. It was recently named, 2017 Best of Life Preschool for North Fulton by Family Life Publications.
Our Preschool Ministry’s purpose is to come along beside parents of preschoolers through Christ-centered teaching and ministry.
Ideal candidate possesses a four year degree, preferably in Early Childhood Development and/or Children’s Ministry (or equivalent training & experience), excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience supervising paid and volunteer staff. Experience with planning, staffing, budgeting, teambuilding, and parent interaction is preferred.
